I’ve been restoring vintage toys, and I had original parts I needed to either find or duplicate to complete other toys being restored. I forwarded pics of these toy parts to SmartPrint3D and was contacted by co-founder Brian Bischoff. I met personally with Brian, who walked me through the 3D process and what he was capable of reproducing through the 3D printing process. He took time to explain the design, printing and cost for each part I needed. I had Brian proceed and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The parts look great. Brian also gave me direction in regard to 3D design software, so I could do my own design on future toy parts I want to 3D reproduce. I highly recommend if you need a new or reproduced item contact Brian, it will be worth your time. It was a pleasure to meet Brian and refreshing to see a young person who has vision, drive and ambition in his company, SmartPrint3D.

I had a gear to gas rc car that I needed replaced and couldn't find anywhere. They took the damaged gear and printed out a new one for me in a day. I had to email them since their store isnt open yet but overall it was experience.
