This McDonald's location is the closest one to my home. If you order through the app, the odds of your order being correct/ready when you get there increase significantly. However, the drive-through continues to be a mess, and mistakes with my kids' order (Big Mac Meal with Dr. Pepper, 10 pc Nugget meal with Fanta and Deluxe Quarter Pounder with Cheese & Bacon with Diet Coke) are commonplace and routine. So, they're now downgraded. Perhaps they need new leaders at the helm.

TERRIBLE. The manager working there yelled at me when the ice cream machine was broken. I had no knowledge of this inconvenience so I had ordered a large chocolate milkshake. Instead of kindly telling me that the machine wasn’t working, she yelled at me. Then, I proceeded to ask if I could order a smoothie instead, she shouted “NO” very aggressively. The manager working there has always shown terrible customer service, and something needs to be done. Today, I went and ordered, and she left out my large coca-cola slushy sitting in the sun instead of handing it to me. By the time it was in my grasp, it was partly melted. When I received my food, the burger I had purchased was improperly packaged, and thrown into the bag. Do better.

Rude, the woman who took my payment was nice. However, as I rolled to the next window. The woman at the food window had the food out the window and made it seem like I was the problem and she was waiting on me. This happened just past 10pm 6/12/2022 (yesterday). I’m gonna drive to go to Burger King when in the area of this McDonald’s from now on. I recommend their chicken sandwich it’s better anyways. And if your gonna treat me differently because I’m a white guy. I’m gonna go someplace else. Taking my income with me.
