Often utilize their drive-thru for prescriptions. Always ready when I get there, friendly service for the most part. I did my first pick-up order at this location and picked up at the window — smooth transaction.

The manager was really cool and helpful. But this one cashier doesn’t seem to know what she is doing . She’s giving people attitude and she is so rude . She acts as if she knows the policy and not accepting coupons and whatsoever, but I was able to talk to the manager and surely proved that cashier WRONG ! she needs more training and read the policy better . If you don’t know your workplace policy, you shouldn’t be working there !

Went to fill a prescription, waited 30 minutes for it then came back to pick it up. The lady took my ID And card then didn't come back for 25 minutes. We pressed the help button, nobody came. A few minutes later we honked and she came and apologized and left again. Fast forward 15 minutes we're still waiting with no updates, we pressed the button a few times and honked a few times. By this point 4 cars behind us had left but we couldn't leave because they had my ID and credit card but nobody was coming. After an hour I go in to ask what's up and was told "don't you see we're busy we got three people ahead of you." I asked for my card, ID, and prescription paper back and she doesn't even know what I'm talking about. A customer standing and waiting saw the card and my ID on the desk in the back and pointed it out and that's how I got them back. I waited another 5 minutes and got my prescription paper back and left. Ridiculously rude customer service, the manager noticed and didn't say anything.

I did not like this Walgreens at all. I felt unwelcomed in the store. A handful of the employees were polite, the rest seemed like they couldn't care less, service was extremely slow, one register open and the employee working the register did not know what he was doing. They also do not have a restroom for customers, so make sure you use the restroom before you go there or you'll be miserable standing on the line for forever. I'm only giving two stars because of the three employees that were polite.
