great spot, care about their people and it's a good area. Clean, mostly respectful neighbors. good maintenance reation time and helpful staff. (couple obnoxious neighbors like one of the reviewers- Florence Mc- who brought her dogs in and got in trouble with management and keeps throwing tantrums)

This is amazing to me. If you look at reviews of this place from before and after the management change, it's night and day, 1 star to 5 star. Give them a call, set up a meeting, and see if they're the kind of people you could trust as your landlords. I don't think you'll regret it.

I had a small bug problem... Chris got the pest guy out the next day and took care of it all. I was so embarrassed but they all made me feel human and clean again in less than a day. I’m so grateful for the staff here. New girl seems pretty nice too. Pam

This place is very dirty. I can consider them as the dirtiest apartment in Brooklyn Park, Mn. You will pay the rent and live with rats and cockroaches. But, it is a quiet and safe place to live. The manager is very rude and doesn't know how to approach issues. Moreover, every part of the building is very hot beyond control even during the summer. If you are looking for a clean place manage by good people, this is not your kind of apartment.
