Let me start by saying I never write reviews, yet this experience left me wanting to share this with others. I have recently been looking for an apartment near the Minneapolis and/or surrounding areas. I have spoken with multiple establishments. Though they were amiable while I went through my list of questions, these conversations began feeling tedious and arduous. Then I spoke with Candice. Wow, what a breath of fresh air! She was so personable, down to earth, knowledgeable, provided her complete attention, and had me feeling like I had known her for years. Please pass along my gratitude to Candice. You guys are lucky to have such a wonderful employee representing your business. You will be hearing from me again soon.

My mom has lived in this complex practically my whole entire life. When she passed in the hospital, it was heartbreaking and sad to let her apartment on the corner go where everyone knew where she lived. I wanted to keep the apartment, but there was too many memories and I knew I would be sad. I was planning to move to another location, but that location turned out to be sketchy and not a safe area to live. The landlord was not understanding when I met him and I knew it would be a mess. I then decided to see if I can rent in the same complex as where my mom reside and was welcomed with open arms by Shelli, Tracy and Candice. I was very happy to have decided to stay in this location. The Maintenance team (Ryan and Jason) are ALWAYS on top of things and makes sure everything is fixed and up to date. The caretakers are making sure the yard and area is clean. I have realized with everything going on around our community, Moonraker Apartments is keeping us informed and making sure we are in a safe complex for the children to play at the playground or when people are having gatherings to enjoy being outdoors. I am happy to still reside here and the neighbors are actually friendly and very respectful when it comes to looking out for one another. This management team and the maintenance team has been understanding and has been working hard and they do an amazing job at it. Thank you for coming to work everyday and making sure we live comfortably each and everyday. I am happy that I can go into the office and say hello or bother the team for any questions I have or assistance on an issue. They are understanding and amazing at being patient. Growing up here was amazing as a kid and still being here after my mom have passed is still amazing because of the staff that makes sure this place feel like home.

I called and spoke with a Tracy inquiring about a 2br apartment for July/August. She was very interested in what I needed and what I was looking for. It is the first time I called a property and had a very pleasant and professional conversation and felt cared about. I told her I will talk to my husband and get back to her if he is interested in Moonrackers. Thank you, Ann

I have lived here at Moonraker apartments for 3 years and I must say that I have had the best service. The office staff is soo nice and helpful for any thing I've asked for. The maintenance and care taker staff is also very professional and helpful when ever I need a work order done its always done in a timely fashion. I will recommend living here to any one I know.
