I had the opportunity to be a resident for about two years. Overall we where impressed by the aesthetics of a new apartment complex with lots of modern amenities and appliances. Within the first month we had several issues that made us realize this was a mistake. 1. This complex lacks proper parking since most units only have one assigned parking and street parking has street sweeping. We came across multiple incidents where non-residents parked in our assigned parking and had no way of getting the car towed because management approval is needed even though you are the one whose parking spot is being violated. The way parking violations are addressed is horrible with much time spent trying to get in contact with management and even then it's a lengthy process. M by the time a possible towwas approved the violating car was already gone or had to be confronted (very awkward situation resident are put in). 2. Thoughts I can't say it's an issue but be aware that this complex is housing many local college students or young couples. So with that said you come across lots of loud party in balcony, smoking in the complex (even though very small no smoking signs are everywhere) is anyone surprised that young folk don't follow these rules. Also there are many dog owners which is great except when you are walking in the pavement and step on some dog poop that owner didn't pick up (even though their are bag stations) once again rules not followed and lack of management oversight 3. This place offers great amenities one of my favorite was going to pool with kids, that is until we stated to notice gunk building in the bottom of pool since cleaning didn't seem routine. We communicated this to management but saw no results. There is a great lounge area which does not get used much so that was always nice but be careful in not breaking the many glass decorations that can break. 4. Though this complex is in a nice area many times there was lack of security presence or involvement which was very disappointing especially if you are out at night running errands. Though there was a number to call it rarely resolved any issues like that of transitan going through the trash areas at night. Though this complex had its challenges once of the great experience we had was the quick repairs and maintenance that would be done whenever something occurred in our complex. The biggest Takeaway from my experience is the fact that if you're single or a couple then this could be a great opportunity to explore and learn about the city. But if you have a family I believe this place will not be the best due to its lack of resources for family amenities especially regarding the parking excessive smoking and lack of management involvement and lack of violation enforcement. Overall the experience was great with repairs and maintenance team that was alway available. The location was always kept clean by the staff which was awesome.

Great place we love our apartment extremely beautiful with upgrades. The only thing that can be better would be sound proofing. We are on the top floor and can hear people walking in the hallway, stairwell and our neighbors down below. We can deal with it but something to consider also the leasing office team is outstanding.

Really great place to live. I love the new apartment and the appliances! Feels like good quality stuff. I wish the place was more sound proof though. Being on the first floor you hear every foot step and sliding furniture or closet! For me personally, it doesn't bother me too much, I can deal with it...so I feel happy overall to find this place with a garage attached! Great location. Leasing office is super friendly and accommodating! Pet friendly. Security is roaming the place to make sure there isn't unusual activity. I do feel pretty safe living here and my packages outside have never been stolen so far! Can't wait for more amenities to open and more events. I really like it so far and its been about a month now.

First timer at applying for an apartment and both Lamar and Kiarra made the experience so easy and were very pleasant to work with. Not to mention how they opened their availability to us during COVID-19, since we couldn't meet in person or even visit the housing unit Lamarr was just a call or email away and we constantly received instant replies. I appreciate that with every questions and concerns we came across Lamarr was quick to find answers for us. Amazing customer service! Thanks once again for all the help that Lamarr and Kiarra provided during this trying times.
