Over the years my experiences have been very positive, both with the lab tech’s, who often have a great sense of humor, and the short wait time. On rare occasion I would need to wait, which was not the fault of Lab Alliance. They could have been busy, or the fax from my doctor didn’t make it through and I need to call for a repeat, all take up time….stuff happens and I understand. Really very happy with them and of the choices available I consistently chose them.
