Just rude! Act like they're doing you a favor. Went in to try to switch back to Verizon but no go. No assistance or urgency to try and figure out a way to make things work. Just a "there's no way around that" and on your way.

I went there at 6 pm on Saturday 2/26/22 to pick up a phone that I purchased thru Verizon.com. The store was supposed to be open to 7pm. When I arrived there were 5 people in the store and the security guard talking and laughing but the door was locked I repeatedly knocked on the door until one of the employees finally acknowledged me and came over and opened the door. I told him that I had a store pick up of I purchase I already made. He told me they were closed due to lack of staffing and had been since 5pm. I asked if they were lacking staff why did they have 5 employees just sitting in the locked store. He said that was none of my business and they all started laughing and he locked the door again. Completely unacceptable and rude.

On July 14th pm I walked into the store , not greeted as a customer should. I explained that my phone button for snap pics was broken . Sales person talked down to me stating that this was not purchase at the store , and they were not a repair store . I asked for a mgr. They pointed to a man that was seating down fixing a phone. Before I can talk he told me I had a bad attitude with the other sales person I asked again for a mgr. He identify himself as a mgr. And he proceded to continue with fixing a phone and kept interrupting my questions.I asked if he can review my acct. To see if I should than get a new phone, he did not get up and continue ignoring me. Everyone acted like the were the owners of the stors and I was a bother walking In the store . I give -5 stars. I have been a Verizon customer for 50 years and never ever have been so humiliated in my life, customer training or change if personnel needs to be done at this store, you are losing money due to the people you are hiring thinking they do not need to greet customers, resolve problems and be greeting potential customers with respect. I will never be back to the store and I will not refer any of my friends. As I'm a nurse in the area. I have many potential customer. To the owner you are loosing money

We dealt with Vin the first time we were there, took great care of us. Don't remember the name of the person who helped us the second time, but she did a great job too.

Only if yours has come close or exceeded your gigabites. Then yes, you'll need a new phone because once they're full you cannot add any gigs to the phone. I just found this out the other day at Verizon. Sadly, I need a new phone with 128 gigs, nothing less. I'm going to order one on line, they're much less expensive. Good luck!
