Home Depot needs to get their act together regarding their Web site stating a certain amount of items available @ this store, yet when you get to this store, they have ZERO available. The manager Destiny need to be re-trained regarding dealing with customers that have been misled & deceived by HD.

Don't ever try calling this store. They NEVER answer. I called and left the phone ringing for 15 minutes and customer service never answered. I finally drove in. I'm standing here right now and the phone is just ringing and everyone ignores it. Even those that aren't helping customers. It's not even that busy.

Couldn't find help to get product from upper shelf. I hate self checkouts. Never will use one. It's nice to check out with cashiers who are knowledgeable and friendly. I'll go where I can get service.

I recently had to purchase 2 appliances, a washer and a refrigerator. On both occasions I worked with Lee Barnes and he was great on working with me and explaining the different features and the best values. He redirected us to a Samsung washer and we love it. The refrigerator we had a little bit better of an idea of what we were looking for but was a pleasure with working with both him and his boss, Victor. Unfortunately we went on vacation the day after our Refrigerator purchase and I wasn't able to the Home Depot survey filled out before the expiration but wanted to make sure I recognized him and thanked him again and will return here for future appliance purchases.
