I wish it were a simple answer but there are to many variables involved to simply give you a quote without speaking with you personally. It does not matter where you were married, but whether or not you meet the the residency requirements for California and Kern County. Another question that is of the utmost importance is where your spouse is residing. If out of the Country, for example, you will have a complex situation that needs to be addressed.
