We went into the UPS store to have some documents notarized. Somehow, the documents were soaked and destroyed by the time they were delivered. We had to go back to have them notarized again. We appreciate Staisha and Skyler’s help and patience while we struggled to get the correct information. They were extremely helpful!

We had trouble printing labels online and were in a very tight time-crunch, so we had to go in and pack/label in person, which we were worried would be annoying because we had 11 packages of different sizes to different destinations. We had boxes but no packing foam/paper/bubble wrap so knew we'd have to do all that in person. Staisha was great and helped us with a smile, came up with a lot of helpful ways on how to keep prices low and get items to their destinations on time, and quickest/cheapest way to pack everything. She was so sweet and helpful and wrapped/stuffed our boxes with us. Would recommend this place if you are ever in a time crunch and need some help in-store.
