I'm the guy who usually leaves 1-star rants for most post offices I use. I come here ONLY to buy stamps and mail packages, customer service issues are at the annex a block away. The bar is lower, but they're super fast, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me some legit mailing advice and explained a few things really clearly and concisely. I have to mail a lot of stuff, and their advice saved me time and money. FWIW, there are different types of priority mail and not all priority mail is fixed rate. It's a total rabbit hole explanation, but they gave me the down and dirty pretty concisely. Thanks, guys!

Woman with the hair in a bun had SUCH an attitude. Everything I said she responded with a tone and seemed very bothered. Really unpleasant. I didn’t really mind the wait I had but.. the service.. not a fan.

I will say I have had some issues with usps delivery but when it comes to the actual location an staff. They are incredible. I sell items online & each employee makes sure my packages are safe and help me find easy and cheap ways to ship to help make my store strive. I appreciate that a lot. Anthony tho you need an attitude adjustment

I was home, car parked in the driveway and all, when they supposedly tried to deliver my package at 6:30. No one ever even knocked, my dog would have warned me if someone had. Somehow an occupied house with the lights on and car in the driveway looked “vacant” to them so they sent my package back to the sender. Now I have to figure out where my package is, how to get it back, or get my money back from the store. Absolutely absurd.

Not uncommon for holds. If you go to the annex, they can find out where it is and make sure it's fixed

No they can't, you have to contact the Denver Post
Reopened March 2, 2019.
You won't as the building is closed indefinitely due to "safety issues." Go to the Annex building (southwest corner of 16th & Downing). All Marion Street mail is being distributed from there.

Cross out the incorrect address and write in the new one. Be sure to thoroughly cross out the bar code at the bottom of the envelope. Then drop it back in a mailbox.
