I’m a new renter here and have been very happy with the way the staff run the community. Everyone is always friendly here and always call me back. The amenities are well kept and so are the grounds I even referred a few co workers as well. So the Karen’s who don’t have anything nice to say need to stop trash talking especially when our community is by far the best one in our location, trust me I looked long and hard before making my decision and one of the reasons why was the staff. Signed love my place……✌️

They have very limited parking for guests and strict rules to follow. When a guest arrives they must park in one of 72 guest spots and register their vehicle online stating how long they will be staying. If they don’t, their car will be towed. And tenants are only allowed to use a certain number of guest parking hours per month. So if you have guests over regularly, this might not be the best complex. There’s also limited trash containers. No dumpsters are available, they’re all locked up. And then the rental office yells at us via email if we leave trash outside the locked dumpsters. But what else are we supposed to do with all our trash that doesn’t fit down the one trash chute per floor? The neighbors are loud with no consideration of time of day. The place reeks of weed constantly, it’s not kid friendly. The hallway carpets are stained. The hallway walls are dented and smudged. For being a supposed high-end luxury apartment, it’s just as trashy as anywhere else I’ve stayed. The extra amenities aren’t worth the higher price. The office staff are rude and don’t care about their tenants at all. They’re also vindictive if you do complain about anything. I would mention what I’ve complained about, but won’t out of fear of retaliation. It’s a very hostile living situation. I hate it here, but I’m stuck in my lease. Trust me, this place isn’t as nice as they claim. It’s not worth the extra money.

Unprofessional staff, there are always fights and disturbances at the security check in with either security or residents fighting with each other. Cars are very loud in this complex and blast their sound systems through out the complex even at early hours of the morning and late at night. A lot of miscommunication between staff and residents. Rent is too expensive for the quality of this residence. I wish I never signed my lease.

My family and I moved here last June and we are very happy with our experience here so far. This has been the best place we have ever lived. Move in can be tricky due to the fact the building are brand new you have to call to get certified gas technician out to turn it on. This depends solely on the Gas companies availability. So the stove heat and dryer took two weeks to get on in the meantime my family and I used the Showers I the Gym and make our meals in the microwave the grills and in my instapot. Now that we have been here for 7-8 months, we honestly enjoy all the amenities. Additionally the Management is exceptional!!! They are professional, kind and attentive. Even on the busiest days you can rest assured they are doing their best to keep the community clean and happy. Maintenance request are easily submitted through residents application where you can upload pictures and the urgency of your problem. Not that this place needs much maintenance due to the high quality of the apartments. Once submitted the maintenance only takes a day maybe two if you mark priority as low. Overall my family and I highly recommend making this your new home!

Yes pets are allowed, they even have dog treats at the leasing office! If you have any specific questions on a type of animal you should probably give the leasing office a call.
Covered parking is on ground level, units are above parking garage. Generally, you get 1 assigned space for 1 bdr, 2 assigned spaces for a 2-3 bdr. Additional parking is available on premises.
They are Brand New Luxury Apartments in Ontario available for anyone that qualifies.
