Unprofessional no sense of regard for the laws and sit on your case for months. Contacts the apt at the last minute. No help with this entity. πŸ‘ŽπŸΌ

I have contacted this place in Ontario and or Victorville over the phone and through emails many times. Very nice people willing to help and hear your story. It’s been a couple of months of me asking for follow ups and having to tell my story multiple times to different people which hasn’t been pleasant, but they tell me they are in the process. Communication is the issue and other reviewers say the same thing. Hopefully my story changes, I just sent out another email, if something changes, I will update. Update: I was contacted and I was told they will help me with my case. This organization has solved my issues and has helped me tremendously. I couldn’t have done it without them. As for the communication, I guess if you are having an issue, just keep sending follow up emails or call them. They will help. I hope this review helps.

My name is Bernie F a fellow advocate and I was completely disapointed in how this agency communicates and lack of cultural competency . I sought help from this agency in September 2018 by an advocate by the name of Andrea Martin for a mediation has yet to call be back or keep me in the loop on the status of my case. A lot of red flags I feel this could be a great agency and a lot of people could benefit from this agency seeing that half of the inland empire is filled with slumlords taking advantages of elder , poverty stricken , and ethnic individuals. Just an FYI who do you report this agency to see the results the people need? #Advocate&Educate.

I went in with my Mom to get some information regarding her apartment complex. The mediator who assisted up was great. Very informative and polite. We got the information we needed. When we were waiting in the lobby, a lady named Marie came in (as the front desk receptionist called her by her name). After looking her up, I found out that she is the CEO here. She was very rude to the employee and to me. She interrupted us as we were talking to the receptionist and was raising her voice to her in the lobby. Not very professional! Marie then later interrupted us again as we we met with the mediator. She said that she needed the mediator for something. The mediator explained that she was with a client. Marie said that it is limited to only 20 minutes, so wrap it up. I got good information from the agency, but felt bad for the worker. If this is the type of business practice that the CEO uses, I will not be using their services again.

Call in they can help you!

What can I do if a landlord gives you a 60 day notice and they don't tell you why

Please go into there office to ask questions. After awhile they will not return phone calls. First I'd suggest you look at your least to see if they can put you out without cause. Then I'd ask the landlord why are they serving you a 60 day. Try that first to see if it can be resolved. Most places cant do anything yet because the eviction process hasn't started.

Not sure. Call each utility co. and ask if they have a program for seniors, and/or low income customers.

How long after moving in can the landlord raise the rent and what is the amount they can charge?

Depending on where you are and the laws.
