We were lucky to get in as they have limited overnight spots. Really tight streets, otherwise our stay was pleasant. Nice pool and hot tub. Limited laundry, only 1 washer and dryer, shared with long term residents.

I called tonight, granted quite late, to ask if there was vacancy and some trash woman answered and venomously said “are you serious?!” Then hung up on me. Class act running that place. 🤢

This place is super freaking cute! Names of the roads are named after planets. Well kept living area. And maintained driving surfaces. Didnt get to spend enough time here to be able to provide a more full and complete description. But I will say that I would live here.

Staying here our first time as snowbirds. 3 months in and so far so good. Our space is excellent. The amenities are wonderful here. Hot hot tub and heated pool are awesome. You can access a hiking trail from the park that heads up into the hills and connects to a large trail network. Close to shopping and public transportation. Looking forward to the next three months and we will be back.

The monthly land lease is $695 + utilities
I was working on a couple homes. And what I herd they were reasonable. But Indians own the land. There was chatter that they may lose it.
The space rent is 620 plus electricity.
How much is the average rent there for a 1 bed 1 bath?
I do not think they are but best to call the office. I saw no fire pits during our stay there.
