We just started our 10th year here at Birchview Gardens! Our whole experience has been really great. The location of the apartment complex couldn't be better - 10 minutes to Bridgewater Mall and Trader Joes and Target, as well as many restaurants in the radius, and a Whole Foods and Wegmans as well. For out-of-staters, the Piscataway area is really the center between Philadelphia and NYC, so the area is convenient to both. The complex borders on a big, pretty park with a walking path that goes past the river. There is a kayak dock on the edge going into the water. The apartments themselves are comfortable with huge walk-in closets and either a balcony or a deck for each apartment. The only drawback I can think of is the electric bill being high in the winter, because everything is powered by electric current. The rent is very reasonable for what you are getting, which is a lot. Barbara has been awesome! She is on top of everything from small repairs to communication in all situations having to do with the complex. We don't see the need to move to any other rental, so our next step will be to buy a home. Otherwise, Barbara is stuck with us. :)

This is the very first living place with my family in NJ. I was super happy with the apartment, maintenance team and especially the Management Barbara.. we had very hard time with hurricane IDA and was left the Birchview.. my apartment was super clean when given and was super happy with neighbors too.. no complaints.. I suggest one of the best living places in Piscataway.. the parks for kids are just walkable distance.. a river just beside the community helps in refreshment.. very clean roads with in community and one of the center point to Walmart target Costco etc.. it is very close to Indian groceries… All together I will suggest this place to any one with kids… only worry point is power bill.. hope with the replacement old model coil heaters would reduce the power consumption… Enjoy the living place Birchview..

We have to relocate to other state by the end of this month but will definitely miss Birchview Gardens. Barbara is easy to work with and she is a very nice person. Neighborhood is quite and people around are super friendly. It is a great experience to live here.
