Now that management has changed.. I have to say that they are definitely upgrading. This building is old, however the team works very hard to make certain everything is repaired, replaced and maintained! So thankful for the low income program and they are also committed to the community! Story time fliers and a manager who actually cares!! I gave 4 stars because everything can use improvement but I’m still very happy lately. Keep up the good work relay resources

I lived here for 3 years and the first year was nice not very noisy neighbors were nice some of them at least. About a year and a half into living there I start seeing mice which I asked about initially before signing the lease I think the mice came because they fixed an alley in the very back of the apartments and homeless people found it and set up camps. The mice became out of control even coming out in broad daylight yuck. Then we seen a rat in our backyard which is unacceptable especially considering how clean I keep my place. I’ve moved out and I can’t tell you how much safer and better I feel. Don’t move here if you don’t want mice and rats running around.

this place is terrible . they do not fix anything . it will take months for them to come fix anything. me and my child had no hot water for 2 weeks . there's mold everywhere. my mangers never answers the phone or is in office .
