Beautifully maintained grounds, several pools and hot tubs. Very relaxing location near the Tramway and close to downtown Palm Springs.

Nice clean cheap place to buy in Palm Springs grounds are immaculately kept but the management company (seabrezze) sucks! Impossible to deal with.

Questions & Answers

Can you tell me who would like to handle a rental listing at the Palm Springs Villas 2?

Are you looking for a management company or someone that lives in the complex. I'm a full time owner and am retired. A management company will charge 25-30%.

If you live on a ground unit, can you hear the folks above you walking around?

Yup! However it's not horrible. The place is so quiet it's really the only thing U hear

My husband and I want to retire in PS; however, we want affordable housing. I've done a lot of research and there are several posts saying "stay away from North Palm Springs"....too much wind and crime. Can anyone help me with these issues? Thx!

My plan as well. I bought in Palm Springs Villas 2. Its a gated community with security guard on premises overnight. He walks around checking on all the pools and parking lots. I've only owned it for about 6 months and maybe spend 3 or 4 nights a month there right now. I haven't had or heard of a problem as of yet. It's pretty affordable especially for California. I bought for $125,000 1 bedroom. I would probably rent for around 1200,00 a month
