Played the legend course and its a cool muni course. Nothing crazy nice but the fairways and greens are well kept. I got in on a $20 golf now time and it was worth it

While this is not a course you’ll find hosting a tour event, it is a really nice course. Some great views and nice looking layouts can be found. The staff and their attention to customer service and courteous behavior was beyond reproach. I can’t say enough about them. From the pro shop to the cart barn, each individual was super nice. I missed my tee time ( which was the last tee time of the day) by 40 minutes due to L. A. traffic on the 4th of July weekend. The entire staff was very understanding and accommodating. They honored my tee time and only asked that I have the cart back by a certain time so that the staff members could get home in time. I will definitely make the trip again to play this course.

This is a stunningly beautiful course that is challenging enough for skilled players but not too difficult for intermediate players. It is extremely well maintained and is a great value if you are going to play a few times and join the GolfVantage program. I highly recommend this course.

We really liked playing here (wife and I). We hit balls on the range and then played the resort course in the afternoon. We did the deal on the tee off app where it’s $25 per person to play after 3pm. We got in about 15 holes before it got dark. We’ll definitely be back before we leave town!

I am sure you can. If I remember correctly, you can go to the visitors bureau of Palm Springs and obtain a free voucher to rent clubs anywhere on a public course in the city.

They might do the apartment things on one of their courses but it is not for sale as far as I know
Everyone who plays there is a senior! 😀 Look into a Golfvantage card for the best deal at this terrific facility. Great staff and excellent golf courses!!!

Depending on the time you start and who is in front of you. My group has played the Legends Course in 3_4 hours.
We apologize for the technical difficulties we're experiencing. We do offer rental clubs. Cost is $55.00 each before Twilight and $30.00 after Twilight. ($40 before Twilight and $25 after Twilight May thru September.) Rental sets are first-come first-served and cannot be reserved. A valid credit card and drivers license (or state issued ID) and signed rental agreement is required to rent clubs. We look forward to seeing you soon!
The Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort clubhouse was designed by Riccardi, Kaptur, and Associates in 1967 and is well known as an example of these architechts' work in Palm Springs during the time period. The clubhouse was designed to resemble the USS Arizona Memorial in Pearl Harbor, HI. It was originally the Palm Springs Municipal Golf Course Clubhouse and has undergone three additions and most recently, a renovation by Palm Springs designer Jeff Jurasky and Associates. 90 dollars and keep your reciept for your lunch n drink not like what i did and give it to the starter and then try get a sandwich n drink when they ask fir your reciept
You get rangeballs, preferred discounted later tee times, drinks with your round and group instruction. Call them for complete details.
Resort course is way nicer, so I'd assume it's newer or at least better maintained
