Resort course is way nicer, so I'd assume it's newer or at least better maintained
The resort course had some fungus on the green so there are some bare spots rhis year. I think they are,still running holiday specials on golf now anout 35 40 bucks plus a beverage
The Resort Course is newer, the greens are better on the Legend course. Both courses offer two meals and drinks with golf. I believe the best value in the valley.
