This the first time i write reviews but definitely this place deserve it first time there and definitely last one. I ask for ombre nail using air brush and the quality of the job is horrible 😫. Please avoid asking for airbrush seem they dont have experience with that technique

I called before coming in and asked if they had time for gel extensions (tips are glued using gel itself) and once there they said they only offer organic gel, which is similar but tips are glued using actual glue. I don't get why the receptionist didn't say that over the phone but whatever I was already there. Then the manicure itself was awful; the manicurist wasn't wearing gloves, they electronically filed my nails down so much it hurt, and did the gel polish but completely neglected my cuticles. I also still had super glue and nail polish around some of my cuticles once they were "done." Oh and they discontinued their rewards card! The receptionist said the ownership hadn't changed, they just cancelled them, so this place really is just getting cheaper and cheaper in terms of service and not prices.

“Awesome I loved how Stephanie works, very dedicated to her job pleasant to have around she does an amazing job tried different nail salons, this is my 4 time coming here but my first with Stephanie 🥰 I love it. She knows what her job description you don’t have to tell her if something is not right she corrects it on her own no need to be nagging about it. Just truly appreciate how one small thing can make you feel just love her dedication thanks Stephanie this is the Ghost lady😁♥️
