Sepulveda VA Clinic are the best cause their staff customer assistance and Doctors are very friendly & helpful. That is why since I came back to California for ten years now I have been going to SEP VA cause the patient care are excellent. Keep up the outstanding job, I wish all of the VA facility are like the Sepulveda VA Clinic.

Excellent professional and friendly staff in all areas of the clinic, especially the lab. They definitely enjoy their work in helping us veterans. I am personally switching to this clinic from my old provider. Parking is very convenient as well.

Just saw a video on YouTube. Security doesn't even know there own policy. If you dont like the public to record change the policy. I am a vet and im not happy with this.

I have tried several times to contact the sleep clinic /medicine trying to cancel and change appointment times to no avail. I have yet to receive a call back from that department.

Located on Nimitz Dr. Entrance is on the lower level facing towards the golf course. Next to building 4 and near the VA police station. Expect to be asked about a physical therapy referral.

They can be found in the front and inside of the main building 200
They open at 7:30 most days and stay open till 5:30 most days. One day they close early, I can't recall what day. Hope that helps
Start with bb-214, any, med records, at info desk, and they will direct you. There is assistance from veterans organizations to help get your service records, so go for it. Good luck!
Absolutely start at 7:30 you can get lab work done in any VA

ID card is available through the VA when you walk in any VA there's always that place where customer service will try to help you and they will start taking an application from you so please ask them every VA has one
