Some things are dirt cheap here! The quality of goods is the same as major grocery stores but pricing it at a slight discount usually. You don't get as much choices but that also means you spend less time shopping! The cashiers are really fast- they scan items at the speed of light and are always accurate!

I've always been a fan of Aldi. The prices are affordable, especially for the produce. I like that I'm able to take in my reusable bag and shop with no hassle. The one time I needed a cart some nice lady in the parking lot gave me hers. Their stores are cleaned often and never look junky. One area where they're majorly lacking is in customer service. The time that I asked a clerk on the floor for help and she led me to the item stands out in my mind because it's so rare that I have a positive encounter with any of the clerks. Most ignore you and walk around you as they're stocking sheves without so much as a word. During today's visit I tried to join a checkout line only to be told by the cashier "Sorry I'm closed." I joined the other line and after checkout was completed noticed that she was still servicing other customers. When I called her on it she said 'I decided to stay open." Five minutes after she told me she was closed? That's suspect. Having low prices doesn't mean that customer service should be subpar. Do better.
