Don’t go here , poor POOR customer service ! The wait is for hours! I’m not even sure if they Covid test weekly or use ANY health safety precautions! This place sucks and needs to do better . The lady did my feet and was just coughing over me . Everybody in here just sneezing coughing just ew ! I waited hours for a acrylic and the lady who did my feet could’ve did my manicure but instead they gave her to another lady who pedicure she just did and had me wait for hours ! Highly upset and DONT EVER recommend…

Customer service is horrible. Their "appointment system" doesn't do anything. I called and made an appointment, waited an hour. They don't bother letting you know how long the wait. They ask what you need and then dismiss you. Not worth it. Never coming here again. Other people without appointments come in and get seen before you. When asking them how long they just dismiss you.

I started with Lee for color. He asked questions and spent time asking questions so he could clearly understand what I wanted. He used color swatches and educated me on my skin tone, etc. He did an amazing job and was a lot of fun!
