Not only did I get an infection and have to go the doctor to get antibiotics, but my manicure started chipping within two days. The cuticle work is sloppy. PLUS they don’t do any of the fun scrubs or lotions with your pedicure. They charge an extra $8 for “callous removal”, where they put some cream on your heel for about 10 seconds, rub it around a bit, and immediately rinse it off. $8. And then an extra $2 if you want to pay on card. Constant nickel and diming for a very below average experience. The only reason it’s not 1 star is because the lady who did my nails was incredibly sweet.

First and last time going there. I was really looking forward to get a mani/pedi after months of neglecting my nails. Unfortunately, this place did not meet my expectations. The guy who did my pedicure did a great job. He was super nice and friendly. The lady who did my manicure was also nice, but did a poor job. Didn’t even bother shaping my nails and keep in mind I did pay for a manicure! Nail polish applied looks very sloppy and she left a lot of lint under nail polish which makes it look bumpy and ugly. I did tell her and she tried to file it off to fix it, but that’s not how it should be fixed obviously. I also told the lady at the front desk while she was charging me and she didn’t say anything about it, but did ask if I wanted to leave a tip! Like is she serious?? Of course I’m not going to tip because I’m unhappy with the work! Take your money elsewhere.
