i’ve been looking for a quality place to get a good pedicure in LA for more than a year. i’m so happy i found blush la. the vibes are everything and customer service is amazing. i got the watermelon spa lux pedi and it was fantastic. they also had a variety of drinks for me to choose from, i had a mimosa. lol i’ll definitely be back.

I got a hard gel fill, it was my first time and I believe my nail technician was named Cece. She was extremely rough with filing/buffing my nails to the point that 2 of my nail beds started bleeding and the rest were all red and inflamed. I asked her to be gentle and she apologized but continued to be extremely rough. Overall her whole process was so odd, she rushing soooo much through every process, there was no paying attention to shape or length or application. I have never done this in my life but I HAD TO stop mid mani once she started cutting my cuticles. I was in so much pain from the amount of filing and alcohol application, I mean at least 10 times my raw nail beds were revved with alcohol in a very rough manor! I had to wait 45 minutes for another nail tech to finish the job. She had to reapply the gel, and re-shape my nails. This second nail tech, Helen took more care in fixing my nails. I am still in utter disbelief that the first tech is allowed to continue doing manicures. Her attitude was also very rude, huffing and puffing because she was th inconvenienced by the fact that I was in pain. She came over after to say "I'm sorry you felt I was rough" FELT? As if I wasn't literally bleeding. Then walked out on her co-workers. The reason I gave the star was because Helen was nice and they had good color selections. I have no idea how this will last tho.

It is a waste of your money u pay 45$ for a basic pedicure I was in and out of there in 20 minutes they put your feet in water for like 2 minutes pull them out wipe them off and put nail polish on I could have done that at home it's crazy I will never go here again nor will I ever recommend this to anyone

Been to this place couple times before, and everything was ok. But it is second time it is happening: women who did my manicure cut my middle finger! And now it is red, inflamed and obviously hurts. Besides that person who did my pedicure took her sweet time and spent our an hour (!) on regular pedi, because she couldn’t paint my toes right from the first try. And last but not least: front desk person can’t figure the schedule even though 4 people total was working in that time. I booked mani and pedi done at the same time, but they did my mani first and pedicure after , and I got stuck in that chair for over two hours! Not the way to run the business….

What the Owner said is spot on. I was just waiting outside for my partner and there was a constant flow of people in and out. To the point where they actually had to start to form a waiting line for patrons outside the establishment ✌️
