I have been looking for a great nail shop in L.A. Most shops are more concerned about money and moving fast instead of customer service, but that's not the case here. My nail tech was Han and he was the bomb dot com! There were people waiting to be seen by him and that didn't make him rush, he still took his time and was very derailed with the pedicure. Great massage and AWESOME SERVICE. I can tell this shop has regulars (of all races) which is a good sign. As people came in they would be greeted, regulars would engage on convo about how they were doing and updates to their life. They definitely gave me family vibes. This is my new nail shop! (Don't judge my artistic pedi show-off haha)

I will recommend Rose Sally Nails & Spa to anyone wanting a facial or nail treatment. Great customer service, love the energy of the staff. It has the family vibe to it that I like the most.

This place has big pros and big cons. If I could I would rate it 2.5. I called ahead to make a reservation and they told me to come by and walk in. When I got there they told me 30 minutes, then 15 minutes. I ended up waiting and hour and a half. Also the facilities did not look clean. They reused old rags and did not seem to sterilize their instruments. The upside is the people there are very friendly, they were able to do a design I wanted without any issue, they were super fast, and really cheap for the result. The staff also all wore a mask which made me feel more comfortable.
