Went here to rent an RV from Cruise America, first gentleman I saw to pick it up was nice enough, but took an hour just to get the RV. I figured coming up to a holiday weekend it may just be under staffed. Went in Monday to drop it off, this is where the horrible service really shined. The lady seemed to be already frazzled, took a long time just to be seen, then she proceeds to try and tell me that I lost the cover for the stove top. There was none when I picked it up, and she kept trying to make it out like it would never have went out without a stove cover. After that, she was all too eager to try and come up with whatever little thing she could find to be wrong. The only reason I didn't give it a one star review is because the RV was actually quite nice and reasonable. But do yourself a favor, go elsewhere to rent from Cruise America. Don't visit Crest RV unless you want a headache, long wait and to be beaten up in the end.
