A nice refreshing soda on ice sounded like heaven after a long hot day at work. The parking lot was crazy, but no big deal. The big deal is the fact that they were out of ALL their cups! You can never have too many cups. Whoever does the ordering, is slacking.

I went to get a drink to the fountain drink place inside the store and I was trying a litle bit of the new "mango Zero drink" and then I was about to fill my cup with the regular "diet coke" whe the cashier lady aproched me and told my with a such of attitude that I wasn't aloud to refill my cup again like if a broughted in from the outside and try to get another refill with out paying, at least thats what I understud she thought so, you guys can reviwe the entrance camera and verify that I enter with empty hands and I grabed the new soda cup just from the fountain drink place, besides that I also bought couple of chimichangas, she was rude all the time, I didnt got any "Thanks or Have a nice day", didn't asked me about the resit, I have to ask the resit to one of the other cashier. Here is a picture of the transaccion so you can tell the time and who was this cashier.

I go in there a lot with my boyfriend and the employees that work there are really friendly. The manager is awesome! I’ve been coming here for about 9 years and the pass managers were not friendly. Good job to this new team and keeping the good energy flowing.

HAL 9000

I made a trip to this particular location around 2 in the afternoon.While waiting in line to pay I witnessed the manager stereotyping a black customer just because he was paying with small change, when the customer left the manager then went on to make stereotypical references regarding African Americans and drugs. It's very disgusting to see that this sort of thing still goes on in Riverside.
