The clothing is quality, however customer service is lacking. No way to check your credits online and they don’t respond to emails. If you purchase, be prepared to keep your items.

I have been absolutely thrilled with each shipment of clothes for my teenager! And even more so, she is thrilled too. My daughter is very picky but we are able to give specific items that she would try (including colors or patterns) as well as those styles or items we didn’t want (no dresses or shoes). Also the stylist gives me a heads up before selecting clothes for the next shipment to see if I need to make changes to the styles or sizing. Also during season change over, I was asked if I still wanted the current season or clothes for the next season. I appreciated that because I am sure that she would have outgrown her clothes before getting to wear them. The clothes are name brand, mix and match items and are reasonably priced. The return process is super easy with an online return form and a return envelope. I love that they read my comments and look for my feedback on returns to make the next shipment even better. I have been a customer for several years and I plan on continuing for a long while. The value of this service is outstanding. And finally, the packaging of the clothes shipment is elegant and makes you feel like you are unwrapping a special gift! Give them a try because after you do, you won’t want to shop again!

I love the selection and quality of clothes. My daughter loves to receive this blessing package and to open the tissue paper and go through her clothes. I love that they listen to all my selections of clothes that i would like for them to mail me.
