Okay, I posted a good post last year, and I was partially mistaken on what you get. Sales manager and finance attempted to run a fast one on me. Glenn Moss cleaned it up, he's a quality individual. However, after the cleanup Chrysler sent them refund checks in my name and they cashed them and didn't contact me. That created a 6 month standoff with Chrysler until they pulled the checks and saw who cashed them. Recently, I went back to look at a wagoner, but holted the deal when the sales manager ended up being the salesman from the questionable deal, how does he get promoted? Now for 3 weeks I've been telling them to stop calling me almost every day 2 times a day. I even informed them I moved 2000 miles away and they keep calling. Careful if you shop there, you may leave smiling, but regret it later.
