10/10 experience. Got a flat with the Tesla’s new tires that I spent 800+ on few weeks back at another facility. 3 hours away from home after a long day. Didn’t know my information in regards to the warranty, annoyed, upset, and frustrated I walked into a busy discount tire with 5 folks in front of me. The line went extremely fast, Tyler was our associate and he assisted immediately with identifying what the plan will be to fix this. He explained to us the protocol and experience that we will have, within 45 minutes our tire was plugged and we made it back home. All the folks in front of us also made it our within a timely manner ahead of us. Keep in mind this was Friday at 5:45 when they were supposed to be closed at 6! Thank you so much for the great customer service, experience, and help with the tires. We will be back for service next round of tires :)

Called in for a very specific and what I consider odd tire size due to the amount of calling around I have to do to find a tire when needed and these guys hooked me up with the last tire they had in that size. Joshua J, who answered my call, was very helpful, friendly, and straight to the point. He answered the questions I had without me even having to ask and it was an overall genuine pleasure experience. Coming in the experience was completed without hassle. I had my little one with me so they went out to get the tire and even threw it in the bed of the truck while we were walking around killing time. Told them my name, they looked me up, and I was paying within 30 seconds. Flawless. The mounting of the one tire I need took about what I would have expected from a place as busy as they were to closing time as well which was about 40 minutes.. 11/10 experience. Never had a problem with any discount tire I've done business with, but, this one was a beauty. Joshua J, if you ever read this review, I'd vote for you if you ever ran for the Presidency... Just something to consider!

Matt was super helpful and proactive! He was out the door as soon as I pulled into a parking spot and immediately started helping me. He was understanding and did everything he could to get me a new tire! He knew what he was talking about. He was extremely patient with me as well. I am so happy with this experience ☺️
