Wow!!! Sounds good stereo becomes a family with you the minute you walk in. Everyone their is very friendly and easy going. All they want is your happiness I can sit here and explain my experience with you but their is nothing like you going in to see for your self. Oxnard location is the one I visited. I had 2 vehicle done by them both look amazing and sound great. Special thanks to Miguel.

Horrible! Bought a Groupon deal and was the first person to drop off my truck. Nowhere in the Groupon did it say it was an all day drop off. I spoke to a salesperson the day before and assured me my vehicle would get worked on early since I had an early appointment. After 2 hours I came back and tried to make an appointment for a later day and they assured me my truck was next. 2 hours later my truck was still sitting in the same place. I would just pay more money and go somewhere more reliable. Worse part is they redeemed the Groupon without even working in my car. Seems like they’ll take the money and not do the job. Wasted 4 hours waiting for my truck. Disappointed.

I bought a groupon for tinting my car back in 2008, was so satisfied I have brought my past 7 cars thru the years to be tinted, this year they were there with Covid restrictions, but still very friendly, and they did another great job, I would recommend them 100%

This has been my 2nd bad experience at soundz good, the first issue was they damaged my headlights and after speaking to Miguel, they were nice enough to install the new headlights I purchased, at no cost so that was great! I recently(today)took my Cts back due to bubbling tint and the man (bigger guy) was beyond rude! He claimed he couldn't find record of my car being tinted there, to make matters worse he was very rude. Speaking to me and then speaking to another customer after she specifically told him to help me since I was there before her. He then was on the phone and completely ignored me. One of the younger guys took over after seeing how he was acting and he helped me. He and the young man who does tint were the only helpful and friendly people who seemed to have good communication skills on how to properly treat customers so thank you guys!

Theirs lots of option to fix your problem. go see miguel tell him mundo sent you. Their is lots of kits to replace your radio. it's all going to depend on how fancy you want to go.
