disgusted father passed and my brother and i were to go through storage pod for memories girl in office denied me access after i was there the day before and was not allowed any of my fathers belongings she involved herself and was aware why i was thgere and she refused me access i have not one thing not even returned photos nothing it juyst disgust me on her and the way buisness was handled.

The company has potential, if they work on better rates, and better customer service I think the company could do great things.

Second time I have used PODs and they make a Staged loading and final Move the most flexible of any other choice. Just be sure to load your PODs using plenty of Straps to stop any items from shifting and loading all the way up to the top. Amazing how much you can get into a POD but stage all the items next to it and figure out what to load first and last to keep the items from shifting up against the door. My local help did a great job for me loading one POD a week earlier than the other one. Finally the second got loaded on the PODs move day early so they could go to the new location and unload everything at once.

Too bad there are not another few stars to add to the rating for this outstanding facility. I highly recommend this clean and efficient operation. Flawlessly professional and customer-oriented, this facility consistently provides top-notch service. Many thanks to manager Al for his many kindnesses which included jumping my car's suddenly dead battery.
