Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Carlos from breakers text me about a order I had placed one of the items was out of stock. Instead of canceling my order he offered me a upgrade at no additional charge. Just so I would not wait. I will definitely be ordering and recommending my friends to breaker's.

Nice enough people. I brought truck in to replace an older android stereo. Day 1 they said they would be done...I come to pick it up and they sidnt touch it. I confirm that if I come back the next day and early drop it off it will be done by 12pm. They call at 11 and say they are finishing up. I shownup at 1245 and it's not. even close, I tell them I'll be back at 3, I show up at 4pm and it's not done and no one is even there. Talk to the manager he states that they dodnt like th way it was mounting. I then had to show them on YouTube a way to mount it. At this point I a told to wait and it will be done in an hour. I take it home and the. Today I inspected the install, they broke a switch and glueed it with hot glue and didn't tell together and left wires hanging inside dash and did not connect all the wires...... I am no reinstalling my stereo and am just passed because the whole point was to pay them to do it.
