I went in with hopes of finding both my children their school shoes. First let me start by saying they have absolutely no selection when it comes to young girls sneakers. I asked for assistance with sizing my son for shoes. I was simply told to read the stickers on the box as the worker walked away. Where is the customer service? Hands down awful experience for my kids!!!

The service was very good. The selection of men's work boots was terrible. It was a choice of going there or going to Walmart. So I would rather go to famous footwear and pay more.

Good morning. Back in February or March I ordereD Fila sneakers to wear at my job. I return to work after sick leave on apr 17. These shoes are literally falling apart. I cannot locate my receipt and wondered if you had record in your system?

THAT REALLY SUCKS !! BUT, I'LL BET WITHOUT A RECEIPT, THEY WILL CLAIM YOU COULD OF BOUGHT THEM ANYWHERE. 😭. DON'T FEEL BAD...JUST BOUGHT SHOES, AND DIDNT WEAR THEM FOR MONTHS, AND THEY'RE TOO TIGHT. 😞 FELT FINE IN THE STORE...BUT AFTER A FEW HRS, THEY LITERALLY KILL MY FEET.
