If you check their Facebook page (you can read it without an account) the most recent post has prices and breeds.
No minimums, but they do recommend against raising single chicks. They tend to do better with a few "friends".
Check there website or Facebook page. They update daily. They have variety of breeds. I recommend going and checking them out in person as well.
