I had to have my car towed from my driveway a month or so ago, and Consolidated Towing was at my house within 30 minutes of me hanging up the phone. Aubrey, whose name I'm probably misspelling was awesome keeping things simple/straightforward since I was dealing with a slew of other things such as figuring out alternative transportation for work as well as getting quotes to repair my car. Once my car made it to a local auto shop (Auto Shop A), Aubrey called to let me know which I truly appreciated. After waiting a week to get the diagnosis which was a dead transmission/radiator; the quote I received for the parts/labor was enough for me to shop around until I found a much better quote with a much better warranty from a different auto shop (Auto Shop B). I called Consolidated Towing again, and Aubrey was just as helpful as before as I explained I was going to need my car towed from Auto Shop A to Auto Shop B. Turns out Auto Shop B has a second location they wanted me to take it to, Auto Shop C. The catch was there was a pretty short window of time before Auto Shop B & C closed. Consolidated Towing tried their best to get there before closing but just missed the window and unfortunately Auto Shop C didn't have an after hours lockbox. Aubrey called to update me on the situation and in the end went above and beyond by speaking with a higher up (without me asking) and was able to get approval to have Consolidated Towing store my car overnight so they could take my car over to Auto Shop C first thing the next morning...oh and free of charge. I am so grateful to Consolidated Towing for being such an outstanding and customer-oriented company. I knew the price to fix my car was going to be hefty (just under $5,000) and while the towing fees were obviously much smaller amounts; the fact that I was treated so well and the excellent communication (thank you, Aubrey!) is why my first review is to the towing company and not the auto shop. I will only recommend Consolidated Towing for anyone who finds themselves in need of a tow.

35’ Motorhome wouldn’t start and needed towing to a repair facility. Great customer service and info received on initial phone call. Thought we’d have to wait a few hours but they called and said they had a cancellation and on their way. Great news as we needed to vacate our RV Park site. Driver knew how to manually raise levelers - bonus. Personable and professional. Had us out and to our repair facility within a couple hours. Totally happy with this company!
