We came in and Jake warmly greeted us at the door excited to show us all the options of beds that would work amazing for our needs. After getting my description of how my current bed is too firm and I wake up in the morning with migraines and back pain. He jumped up and knew the exact comfort of bed for our needs. I loved the service we got from him. Honestly I would have been disappointed for not coming here had that of been the option. This was and is our families favorite place to get a fitting bed. Come here ask for Jake. Nick name was "Jake from state farm." So head right in and get yourself a more comfortable bed. No I don't work for Mattress Firm I just am ecstatic for my new bed. Beyond a 10 for sure. Jake you deserve a raise.

The manager Zack was honest and very knowledgeable . He seemed genuinely concerned about making sure I got the right bed for me. Plus he gave me a great deal . Overall I give mattress firm and Zach a 10 out of 10

Mom & I had a great time trying out all the different mattresses for adjustable beds. The customer service Kristie provided was exceptional! She took the time to explain and show us all the options and new technologies being used in them, She went far above and beyond customer care. Thank you Kristie you were amazing! I highly recommend MattressFirm and will return there for any sleep needs in future.

It was a very pleasant buying experience. They were very busy when we went in and only had 2 sales people! They did great multi-tasking with customers and checking in. I felt like they listened to what we were looking for. Kristie was a pleasure to work with. There were a lot of high-end floor models and only a few in the mid-price range, but that is on the company, not staff. I would definitely buy from here again.

The only time we offer haul away of an old mattress is if you have purchased a new one. This is because we warehouse in Portland, and we are considered an out laying area.
You should probably go to the store directly or Google this question before purchase.
Hi Lu, After looking in to your request, I've found that the Maxipedic line is no longer in production. The Imperial collection has been replaced by the Platinum collection, but they are 2 very different levels of quality. Maxipedic is a connected coil and the Platinum is an individually wrapped coil. The Platinum line is used commonly in Marriot hotels. Queen Platinums are $1699 with a credit for our free adjustable base ($499 value) or you can save $200 on the mattress only making it $1499. The closest comparable model to the Maxipedic is our Sleepy's Relax PT or Rest Firm. The Relax PT is on sale for $449 in Queen and the Rest Firm is on sale for $299 in a Queen.
