I have tried for years to give this store my business, and have had one sour experience after another. The Ace on Fairview has GREAT customer service, and I drive there to shop so as to avoid this place. Tried the Broadway Ace one more time tonight because I heard they have new management. Got the same older lady that was helpful until they wouldn’t honor a sale price because I was buying for my HOA (which doesn’t have a rewards account…couldn’t use mine, eh?). And the same older guy that couldn’t be less enthusiastic about his job. And the younger girl who was like a deer in the headlights when the sale wasn’t straight out of a textbook. Trying to solve the customer’s problem was a thought being pondered in a far away galaxy…. Ace on Fairview for me from now on, or Home Depot.

Like any Ace they are good for weird screws and things and good for emergencies but expect to pay double or triple on everything .

I receive such help from the people .. My vocal cords have been damaged so I am sometimes difficult to understand. They never missed a beat.they listened to me, they helped me find what I wanted and needed It's very professional. And as I say with my vocal disabilities they were exceedingly kind and explained that they had no problem understanding me and I did not need to explain myself . I would recommend these people in a heartbeat. In fact to finish my project I'm going to have to go back and get more paint.
