Looks like these people are rude to everyone.. I needed a washer n dryer. And they kept giving me song n dance oh my driver is out of town.. n oh we promise to deliver on Wednesday.. but oh no we're gonna take our truck to have an oil change instead.. And not call back to schedule when you say you need it that day because you've been without a washer n dryer for a week. ..worst experience.. I made the manager who tried to yell over me give me a return n cancel.. I thought maybe after 10 years not renting from you guys your company would be better.. nope.. I was definitely wrong.. went to center rent to own had the best experience and got what I needed hours later.. you should really learn to weed out the bad apples..

Good luck with this unit. General Manager is condescending & the District Manager refuses to provide any resolution...DO NOT USE THIS STORE....they have no idea what customer service is, and what is worse, they don't care. It's sad. UPDATE 11/20/2020...I was contacted several times by corporate & they listened, apologised & refunded my money...I feel that one unit's horrible experience shouldn't define a company. I would try again with the company, but steer clear away from that unit. Thanks for addressing & resolving. #districtmanager101

The manager John I believe his name was is a real piece of work to say the least. He called me a liar multiple times. Worst experience ever, I will never go through this company again. I returned my product and have told many people to stay away. I was told one biweekly price and when it came time to pay they tried to say it was double. If there is any hope for this place they need to start by getting rid of the manager that treats customers like he is better than them.
