This driver responded quickly to my distressed call. He told me to sit in the cab of his truck. While he was hooking up my vehicle for transport. The temperature was over 100° outside. After dropping off my vehicle at the garage. The driver took me home and dropped me right off at my doorstep.

Great group to work with. The CAT Rental Store uses their heavy haul transport guys on a regular basis. They always take care of us and have reasonable prices!

The service incredibly unprofessional. The driver came in and immideiaetely began shooting prices in an annoyed tone in a way to pressure us into paying over 500 dollars. He even tried convincing us that it was gonna be unlikely to pull the vehicle out ourselves as a way to convince us he was our only option. He sat and smoked cigarettes in front of us staring at us until we decided to say no to the service. (Got the car out with a truck and chain the next morning.) we would have taken the service had the driver not been so demeaning. Never calling again.

Have you contacted Roadrunner Towing and Crane Incorporated. I would start with that. They will need more information.
Not only do they charge weekends, but they jack the rate up significantly. We paid 200 bucks to be towed down the street and left in a place where nobody could service our car because the first repair shop was closed unusually that day. I highly recommend avoiding this company. There are several local companies who don't charge weekend fees and offer better and more ethical services.
