Just a reminder to some that may not know. With your rent all water is included even for your lawn and flowers. Lawnmowers and weed eaters are supplied by the park to include gas. So ya, some amenities!

Nice, quiet and well maintained moble home community. Lived here since 10/2022 and find it to be the absolute best mobile home community in Ontario by far.

Don't know much about the park, I former neighbor bought a mobile home there recently, the park is clean and in good condition and close to shopping
