I had a good experience as the staff was friendly and communicative. My one issue is that they told me they had the part and I left. But when I returned they said it wasn't available for 5G and they had to order it. I had to return three days later for my cracked screen. Other than that, it was a good experience. Brandon was very helpful.

The people are nice but the results they produce are garbage. Took my phone in to get the screen replaced. Change $150 and my phone has been screwed up since. No matter the feature I’m using, the screen jumps all over the place. Imagine if you were scrolling on IG really fast. Like as fast as you can. That’s what my screen is doing all the time. I can’t even send a text or scroll through a website. The screen shuffles up and down nonstop. I have to buy a new phone. $150 wasted and now I have to pay to replace the entire phone.

I was pleasantly surprised, when zack and his partner fixed my phone. I was fully prepared to get a new phone because my phone would only charge on a pad and not through a regular charger. They found rice in my charger port. Thank you!!!

They claimed they replaced the charging port... but it was still giving me same issue I took it to another repair shop and they put it under a microscope and said that there is no way that it was replaced. It's corroded and had dirt in there. And there is no way it happened over 2 days. My camera lense was replaced on another phone but they seemed not to care enough to clean it. Or even glue on the back to the phone. I would have been better off getting a new phone. 😒 Store is a mess. Dirty. And customer service is horrible.
