I went to have my VCR looked at because it was not working. I dropped it off and he said he would look at it and get back to me. About 2 months went by, so I called and I was told that it had not been looked at yet, but they would get to it soon, several months went by and still nothing, they had not gotten to it yet. Finally after about 6 Months, I went and picked up my VCR totally unsatisfied.

Michael arrived at my home, at the time promised. He was both professional and personable in his work and demeanor. He explained the problem I was having with my tv and quickly installed a replacement part. He then assisted me in repositioning the unit and even replaced a sound bar connector that I had lost.
