Ordered new window wipers, but they first installed them on the wrong car first. They noticed the mistake and took them off the car that they put them on and put them back on our commuter, long story short we paid over $60 for new window wipers and they had them installed on the wrong car, then when we get home, our wipers are mixed matched and one flaps in the wind. Like, really?

😒 we've taken our pickup there 4 times now; twice because the issue was NOT fixed. Every time we take it in, it's days beyond when they've said it would be done. One employee will tell you one thing and when you call to check on your vehicle another will tell you something totally different. It's BACK there and has been nearly a week because it's still not fixed, despite them saying "tomorrow" daily. Had to remind them 3 times to do something about our tire. Go somewhere else. They've gotten the last of our business. 🙄

The guys there are awesome. My husband took in his pickup then when we took in my newly acquired pickup to to basic maintenance the had a buy one get one fluid exchange the called about the thermostat and no extra labor charge as they were already there. Only charged for the part and it was the same cost as I would have bought it somewhere else. The manager and staff are friendly informative and treat you very well. We will definitely be doing business with the for a long time.
