This place has been nothing short of amazing every time. Always taken great care of my cars and helped me understand what was needed and why. Any time I was in a bad situation they always fixed it and it was great prices and always was quality work. John and Brad are incredible at their jobs and both have extreme care and passion towards making you have a great experience with them from beginning to end every time. $550 to replace a $90 crank shaft position sensor; 20 minutes work for an experienced mechanic, and I'd have paid the other 40 minutes because that's how the industry works. According to them, I needed 2 hours labor for $235, $135 to test the 90 dollar part after removal, and $95 to figure out that they'd done the job properly. Drove it for 10 minutes, looks fine to me, and that's the only thing they're getting a second star for. If I'd known what I was in for, I would've spent $100 in tools and parts, spent 4 hours swearing at my car, and have had the problem solved 2 weeks ago. I will never be returning to Oscar's.

Two weeks ago my car 2010 BMW X6, Charlotte, decided to fulfill her dream of being a dragon. I panicked of course, but thanks to my boyfriend, Adam, and some co-workers being supportive, my nerves were calmed and the process to get her fixed began. Adam called Oscars Automotive and the soonest they could get her in was the 20th. Except when Adam dropped her off for me they squeezed her into their schedule to take a look at her sooner. They sent me the info so we could make decisions on how to proceed with repairs ... and by we I mean Adam. Parts ordered externally to save A LOT of money. Oscar's has the best rates for labor working on foreign cars, btw. Instead of getting to her by the 20th, they had her finished by the 20th and I now have Charlotte home. These guys are amazing for foreign cars y'all, especially on the cost (IYKYK). I will recommend these guys forever forward!
