Don’t think we are using Johnson’s again. I took my Juki there before quiltcon (early Feb) and paid to have the expedited service of supposedly two weeks so we could get it after we got back. I still hadn’t heard anything so I called today and they said it was done March 3rd. Went to go get it and they still charged the expedited fee even though they never notified us it was done. Even if they had, it still wouldn’t have been done by the promised expedited time. We had been going there because it was the Juki dealer, but they just aren’t run efficiently.

Absolutely the worst place. I sent my sewing machine in for repairs back in July, 2020 under warranty. I have called and called and either gotten no response or they say it will be a few more weeks. Right now they won’t even take my calls. Very unprofessional. And I can see on their page they are fixing local machines much faster so it’s not just backlog like they say. If they Serviced them in order I probably could have had my machine back end of last summer. I was donating masks all year and bought this machine specifically for making masks during the pandemic. I reached out to friends and was able to buy a used machine from someone, but that was an added cost because of this extreme slow service. I would give zero stars if I could, and report this business. Do not use this business!

Brought my old Kenmore sewing machine in to fix auto bobbin winder. They went through whole machine and addressed multiple issues. Now runs like it did 45 plus years ago when it was new. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend.

Last Dec, being new to this area and on the word of many, I took my machine in for a cleaning. They were very nice and the price was great BUT then a few days ago I had a problem when the machine went from sewing straight to sewing in place! The maker of my machine said it was the bobbin case and mailed a new one to me BUT each time I spoke with Johnson's I was amazed by their knowledge of my machine - over the phone they actually had and shared more information then the tech who emailed me. So, I took it in and within about 15-20 minutes the true problem was discovered and remedied! My bobbin case was fine! I have NEVER met such nice, friendly, extremely knowledgeable sewing machine sales and repair people ever! They teach you all you're willing to learn about your machine so you can take better care of it at home yourself. 5 stars isn't enough for this business! Grateful to have seen them in action, as it were! Will highly recommend them with confidence to anyone!
