Although we requested the meat to hang longer, they do a great cut and packaging job! Maria is great to work with and they helped with getting the crates down.

Richard we only retail Buffalo. We do have Buffalo Ribeye and Primerib for the Holiday season.
Debra, Hopefully we answered this question for you already (still getting the hang of google's app.) But if not, we do retail Buffalo Bones for making broth. They are not Organic, however they are pasture raised and finished with barely as opposed to corn and other GMO grains.
