***DO NOT RENT HERE*** I am a travel nurse and I am currently renting here. It is horrible! Let me tell you a few thing that have happened in a couple of months. The washer and dryer are super old, the dryer only works sometimes and the washer flooded the hallway. When reported they told me that there is people on the waiting list who had been waiting for over 10 years for a washer/dryer. Then, there is no proper ventilation/circulation in the apartment, dust collects everywhere. The AC unit filter has only been changed once and they only changed it because I called to tell them I needed a new one. Come to find out there was no filter in there! Here we are 3 months later and still have the same AC filter. Bought and changed it out myself. The toilet is always an issue. It runs 24/7, maintenance has already come to try and fix 3 times, still an issue. Now, the water heater has been out for 4 days. No hot water! Everyday they say it will be done by the end of the day and nothing! Went to the gym on sight to shower and guess what!!!! No hot water! This place is absolutely horrific! Also the pool area the jacuzzi/spa has been broken for almost a year. Save your money and go elsewhere. A 2 bedroom for $3,100 a month and they can’t get it together is ridiculous!

I love the Avama community! The staff Biannca, Reagan, and Monica are AWESOME!! Their Professionalism is off the chart!!! Anytime I needed assistance, always was embraced with patience and knowledge!!!! Shoutout to the maintenance team as well!! Had a couple of small maintenance request and Pooffff they were fixed!!! Literally!!! 😀😀 In addition the amenities are great, I have the luxury of a pool view, and Baby let me tell you the Valet trash service is freaking AMAZING!!! Amazing staff, beautiful community and most importantly ELEGANT APARTMENT HOME!!!! #IloveAvana

I couldn’t ask for a better apartment. The staff Ragan, Bianca, Monica G and Monica M are amazing. They are very personable, provides excellent customer service and attentive to our every need. They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable to ensure we feel at home, even addressing the tenants by name. They are truly a blessing! Kate P
